This untamed wine from our Carmel Valley Estate Vineyards has the familiar smell of open range cooking and camp coffee. It cuts loose with rustic flavors of huckleberry preserves rounding out its dusty finish. It’ll make any trail meal taste fancy. A blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot, this wine was aged in French Oak for 22 months prior to bottling.
