Membership Details:

• Membership is limited. You will receive two total shipments per year, May and November.
• As a club member, you must purchase a minimum of two wine shipments.  This allows you to maintain your status as a wine gang member and to receive all benefits and discounts that apply. 
• Wine Gang members that cancel their membership within 7 months of joining the wine gang will owe the full retail amount of the wines purchased.  The difference in price of the wine before the discount was applied will be charged to the credit card on file.
• Cancellations or changes must be received at least two weeks prior to the month of the next shipment. Please notify us by phone, fax, or e-mail.

Shipping:

• Wine Gang members are responsible for supplying Galante Vineyards with any address changes two weeks prior to shipment. If a shipment goes to an old address, additional shipping charges may be incurred by the member for return and/or reshipment.
• Flat Rate Shipping offered to Trail Boss Level members is applicable to contigous US only.  However, we will provide discounted shipping to Alaska & Hawaii for Foreman and Trail Boss level members.
• Due to archaic state laws we cannot ship wine to certain states. If you live in one of the following states and do not agree with these anti-constitutional laws keeping you from receiving American made products that you enjoy, please visit http://www.freethegrapes.org/ to express your opinion. In the meantime, contact us so we can assist you in making other arrangements if possible. We are sorry for this inconvenience. We cannot ship to the following states: AR, CT, DE, KY, MS, OK, SD, UT.
